A position paper dated 30 July 1996 in which the Bogside Residents' Group, the Lower Ormeau Road Concerned Community, and the Garvaghy Road Residents' Coalition commit themselves to mutual support and to six principles on the rights of parades to march on certain routes. The three nationalist groups were opposed to a loyalist group, the Apprentice Boys of Derry, marching near Bogside.
