DISCUSSIONS WITH FR REID
I notice that at the end of paragraph 6 of the note of your discussion on 6 March, you record Fr Reid as saying that the Cardinal was fairly insistent that the Redemptorists give full information to HMG. Did you get the impression that Fr Reid considered that he had now done this?
2. The circulation list on your minute of 8 March was, like previous papers in this series, fairly limited, and rightly so. But since PUS's meeting last Friday has expanded the circle of those who are now aware of your contacts, I suggest that when the time comes to record your next exchange with Fr Reid, you should seek the advice of PS/PUS as to how widely you should circulate your note.
