A briefing sent by Tom Clarke of the Security Policy and Operations Division, dated 18 July 1996, for the Anglo-Irish IGC [Intergovernmental Conference] the same day. Clarke lists the questions about the Orange Order march and associated events at Drumcree expected to be brought up by the Irish side in the IGC, and outlines answers to some of them in brief; most are marked as matters for Hugh Annesley, Chief Constable of the RUC [Royal Ulster Constabulary].
