1. I HAVE TALKED TO THE FOREIGN MINISTER, NALLY, SORR AND O'HUIGUINN OVER THE LAST DAY OR SO. ALL SAID THAT THE IRISH SIDE WERE WELL SATISFIED WITH THE MEETING BETWEEN THE PRIME MINISTER AND THE TAOISEACH ON 26 FEBRUARY, AND WITH THE WAY IT HAD COME OUT IN THE MEDIA. NALLY WAS PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH THE TETE-A-TETE.
