WORKPLAN FOR THE TALKS BEFORE THE ELECTION

2 (a) COMMITTEES

The Plenary Conference should be the ultimate decision-taking body. [There should be] a Business Committee and sub-groups should come from plenary sessions of the conference on the recommendation of the businessa working committee. The conference would tackle the main polucyto address Strand I issues and . [Separatechnical wor related matterking committees would be taken up by the Business Committee or other sub-committees.address Stand II and Strand III.] Party Leaders [should also be] able to meet separately or with the Secretary of State to discuss matters when necessary.
