WORKPLAN FOR THE TALKS BEFORE THE ELECTION

2 (a) COMMITTEES

The Plenary Conference should be the ultimate decision-taking body. [There should be] a Business Committee with consistent membership. Sub-and a working committees [should] be established on specific to address Strand I issues such as finance and economy, powers to be t.
