WORKPLAN FOR THE TALKS BEFORE THE ELECTION

2 (a) COMMITTEES

The Plenary Conference should be the ultimate decision-taking body. [There should be] a Business Committee and a working committee to address Strand I issues. [Separate working committees towould address Stand II and Strand III ought not to be established at this point.] Party Leaders [should also be] able to meet separately or with the Secretary of State to discuss matters when necessary.

2 (b) DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENTS?

5. HANDLING THE PRESS TODAY AND IN THE FUTURE

No delegates [will] give press interviews about the Talks.
