An act to amend the Constitution by confining the rights of demanding the suspension of a bill conferred on members of the oireachtas by article 47 to those members who have taken the oath pursuant to article 17 and by deleting the provisions relating to the initiation by the people of proposals for laws or Constitutional amendments. The Bill lapsed with the dissolution of the Dáil and Seanad on 26 July 1927.
