Proposition Relative to Requiring Judges of the Supreme, District, and Superior Courts, to Report Defects in the Laws to the Attorney General [File No. 71]

It shall be the duty of the supreme, district and superior court judges to report to the attorney-general of the state, at least thirty days before each session of the general assembly, such defects in the laws as may have been brought to their attention, and to suggest such amendments or additional legislation as they may deem necessary. The attorney general shall report to the general assembly at each session such legislation as he may deem advisable.
