The Convention considers the Committee on Style Report on Propositions Number 47, 93, 50, and 108 and Substitute Propositions Number 40, 141, 125, 61, 107, 64, 107, 64, and 62. All propositions are passed except for Proposition Number 47, which is re-referred to the Committee on Style, and Proposition Number 91, which is indefinitely postponed. Proposition Number 150 is returned from the Committee of the Whole, and the Convention orders that it have a third reading.

Your Special Committee instructed to bring in a report to the effect that the common law doctrine of riparian water rights shall not be of any force or effect, and validating existing rights to the use of water, begs leave to report: and submit special committee Proposition No. 150, which it thinks covers the specific instructions to our committee, and respectfully recommends that it do pass.
