A PROPOSITION RELATIVE TO LOANING OF THE STATE'S CREDIT.

It is hereby proposed:

No loan of the credit of the State or of the credit of any political subdivision of the State, shall ever in any manner be granted or pledged, to, or in aid of, any individual, association, or corporation.
