Introduced by Mr. James E. Crutchfield, of Maricopa County.

A Proposition Relative to Taxation and Exemption.

IT IS HEREBY PROPOSED:

There shall be exempted from taxation all Federal, State, County and Municipal property, used exclusively for public purposes, and the property of all Schools, Academies, Colleges and Universities, and all institutions of charity, also all public libraries, Churches, parsonages and burying grounds; provided that the property so exempted shall not be leased for private revenue.
