A Proposition Relative to Elections.

IT IS HEREBY PROPOSED:

No fee shall ever be required of any candidate in order to have his name placed on the official ballot for election to any office of the State or any municipality of the State, nor shall any fee ever be required of any political organization or party in order to have the names of candidates placed on the official ballot of the State or any municipality of the State.
