The Convention considers Resolution 1 and Propositions 1, 2, and 3.
Resolved that any member having a prepared speech of which he is proud and which he desires to have perpetuated, be given leave to file a typewritten copy of the same prepared at his own expense, with the secretary of the convention, to be published in the journal.
Be it further resolved that the secretary be authorized to insert at such intervals as he may deem proper, in said speech, these words in parenthesis, "hear, hear," "applause," "loud applause," "laughter."
