Article XVII of the Constitution as amended was adopted. The motion to reconsider the vote by which Article XIX of the Constitution was adopted was laid on the table. Article XX of the Constitution was adopted. After the Convention took a recess of 10 minutes, Mr. Bartlett of Griggs was called to the chair by Mr. President. The Schedule of the Constitution was brought up for discussion and amended.
