The Convention resolved into the Committee of the Whole for the consideration of the article on Elections and Elective Rights. The committee reported the article back to the Convention for concurring the amendments made. The article was agreed to as amended and ordered printed. The articles on Legislative Department; Public Health and Vital Statistics; and Mines and Mining were taken up individually; all of which were agreed to as amended except the article on Mines and Mining.
