Peter W. Strader
(November 6, 1818 — February 25, 1881) Peter Wilson Strader was a printer, businessman, and politician. Strader was born in Shawnee, New Jersey in 1818 and moved to Ohio in 1819 with his parents. After he finished his education, Strader worked in a printing office and also in the steamboat industry as a clerk and engineer. He was elected as a Democrat to the United States House of Representatives and served from March 4, 1869 to March 3, 1871.
