Theodore L. Stiles

A Republican from the Twenty-second District, the forty-one year old lawyer lived in Tacoma. Born in Ohio in 1848, he was educated at Amherst College and Columbia Law College. He practiced law in New York City from 1873 to 1877, when he came to Washington. Stiles served on the following committees: County, City and Township Organization, chairman; Judicial Department; State, School and Granted Lands; rules for Convention.
