Benjamin M. Boyer

"(January 22, 1823 -- August 16, 1887) Benjamin Markley Boyer was a lawyer, judge, and American politician. Boyer was born in Pottstown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1844. He was a deputy attorney general of Montgomery County (1848-1850) and was appointed judge of Montgomery County Court (1882 until his death 1887). Boyer was elected as a Democrat to the 39th and 40th Congress (March 4, 1865 - March 3, 1869), and was not reelected in 1868.
