United States Fifteenth Amendment

George R. Riddle

(1817 -- 29 March, 1867) Riddle was an American engineer, lawyer, and politician. Born in New Castle, Del. and admitted to the bar in 1848, Riddle was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-second and Thirty-third Congresses and served from March 4th, 1851 to March 3rd, 1855.
