Sydenham E. Ancona

(20 November, 1824 -- June 20, 1913) Ancona was an American politician and businessman. Born in Lancaster County, Pa., Ancona was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-seventh, Thirty-eighth, and Thirty-ninth Congresses. Afterwards, he became involved with the trust, fire-insurance, and relief-association businesses in Reading, Pa.
