Charles H. Winfield

(22 April, 1822 -- 10 June, 1888) Winfield was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Crawford, N.Y., Winfield studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1846. From 1850 to 1856, Winfield was the district attorney for Orange County. Winfield was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-eighth and Thirty-ninth Congresses.
