Andrew J. Rogers

(1 July, 1828 -- 22 May, 1900) Rogers was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Sussex County, N.J., Rogers studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1852. Rogers was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-eighth and Thirty-ninth Congresses.
