United States Thirteenth Amendment 1863-65

Ithamar C. Sloan

(9 May, 1822 -- 24 December, 1898) Sloan was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Madison County, N.Y., Sloan studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1848. In 1854, Sloan moved to Wisconsin and was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-eighth and Thirty-ninth Congresses.
