Henry W. Tracy

(24 September, 1807 -- 11 April, 1886) Tracy was an American businessman and politician. Born in Ulster Township, Bradford County, Pa., Tracy studied law but was never admitted to the bar and pursued business. Tracy was elected as an Independent Republican to the Thirty-eighth Congress.
