Philip Johnson

(17 January, 1818 -- 29 January, 1867) Johnson was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Warren County, N.J., Johnson studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1848. Johnson was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-seventh, Thirty-eighth, and Thirty-ninth Congresses.
