Daniel Morris

(4 January, 1812 -- 22 April, 1889) Morris was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Seneca County, N.Y., Morris studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1845. Morris served as the district attorney of Yates County, N.Y. (1847-1850) and was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-eighth and Thirty-ninth Congresses.
