James M. Marvin

(27 February, 1809 -- 25 April, 1901) Marvin was an American politician and businessman. Born in Saratoga County, N.Y., Marvin worked within the hotel business. Marvin was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-eighth, Thirty-ninth, and Fortieth Congresses.
