United States Thirteenth Amendment 1863-65

John F. Starr

(25 March, 1818 -- 9 August, 1904) Starr was an American banker and politician. Born in Camden, N.J., Starr was one of the founders of the Camden Iron Works and was the president of the First National Bank of Camden for over thirty years. In 1863, Starr was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-eighth and Thirty-ninth Congresses.
