(1823 -- 15 August, 1866) Daily was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Trimble County, Ky., Daily studied law and was admitted to the bar in Indianapolis. Daily moved to Nebraska in 1857 and successfully contested as a Republican the election of Experience Estabrook to the Thirty-sixth Congress. Afterwards, Daily was reelected to both the Thirty-seventh and the Thirty-eighth Congresses.
