(5 June, 1809 -- 25 October, 1897) Hulburd was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Stockholm, St. Lawrence County, N.Y., Hulburd studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1833. Hulburd was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-eighth, Thirty-ninth, and Fortieth Congresses.
