(15 July, 1817 -- 11 September, 1875) Blow was an American businessman and politician. Born in Southampton County, Va., Blow moved to Missouri in 1830 and was a member of the State senate from 1854 to 1858. Blow was elected as an Unconditional Unionist to the Thirty-eighth Congress and as a Republican to the Thirty-ninth Congress.
