A delegate from the Fourth District, the forty-six year old farmer and stock raiser lived in Spokane Falls. Born in Missouri in 1843, Glascock came to Washington in 1883. He had been a member of the California Constitutional Convention. Glascock served on the following committees: Elections and Elective Rights; Military Affairs; County, City and Township Organization.
