Diamond-shaped, purple icons relate to decisions taken:

Blue, hexagon-shaped icons relate to 'procedural' proposals that do not directly alter text but affect how a committee does its work (and are usually used only for transient things, such as a point of order.)

This page views simply the most recent moment in a committee's timeline, giving easy access to the
list of documents and proposals that are in front of the committee.

Users with appropriate permission can use this page to add events to the end of a committee's timeline or create a new session. In this way, this page
can be used to actually run the work of a committee, with the most common actions available here. More complicated editing tasks can be accomplished from the 'Details view' screen.

The committee drafted a supplementary report on fundamental rights, based on Part II of the Subcommittee on Fundamental Rights' draft report.

PACT: Mini Models

This negotiation contains a selection of mini-models designed to provide an insight into the ongoing work of PACT and to demonstrate Quill's approach to visualising the archive material and tracking the process of negotiation. It differs from our usual approach in that we will be presenting only certain documents and moments in isolation, rather than including everything tabled during the course of a negotiation. This collection is still under construction, and we will be regularly adding small amounts of new material.

Negotiation of Article 39 in the Advisory Committee

The reports of the Subcommittee on Fundamental Rights and the Subcommittee on Minorities were referred to the Advisory committee alongside the draft clauses as amended in both subcommittees. The Advisory Committee took up the Fundamental Rights Subcommittee's draft as the basis of its clause-by-clause discussion, referring to the Minorities Subcommittee's draft where it differed from the former.
