William H. Wallace Visualize (19 July, 1811 -- 3 March, 1865) Wallace was an American lawyer and politician representing Washington and Idaho. Born in Miami County, Ohio, Wallace studied law and was admitted to the bar. Wallace moved to Washington in 1853 and was elected as a Republican as a Delegate from the Territory of Washington to the Thirty-seventh Congress. After moving to Idaho Wallace was elected as a Republican as a Delegate from the Territory of Idaho to the Thirty-eighth Congress.
