Resolved, T[+e696899]t[-e696899]hatthe[+e696904] [-e696904]a committee [+e696899]n compilation and arrangement[+e696904]of fiv[+e696899 -e696904]e b[+e696899]Arthur Stayner, Esquire, be employed to tak[-e696899]e tr[-e696899]appoi[+e696899]nscrip[-e696899]t furnish[-e696899]ed by this Con[+e696899]from Congress [+e696901]vention to compile[+e696899]e stenographer,[-e696899] and publish, as e[+e696899]the minutes of the secret[-e696899]arl[+e696899]y,[-e696899] as app[+e696899]nd f[-e696899]rom these com[-e696899]pile fo[-e696899]r publ[-e696899]ic[-e696899]ations for that purpose can be obtained from Congress[+e696899] a volume or volumes[-e696899] of the whole of the stenographer[+e696897 -e696899] The amount for the expense of said committee and their work is fixed at one thousand [+e696912]five hundred [+e696921]dollars.[+e696912]'s report[+e696897 -e696899], that shall b[-e696899]e journal, Constitution[+e696899]concise, comprehensive[-e696899], and debates in full, of the Conv[+e696899]clear, at a comp[-e696899]ensa[-e696899]tion, and the secretary and stenographer are hereby ordered to furnish a c[+e696899] of $500, to be paid in case Congress shall make an additional appropriation f[-e696899]orrect[+e696899] transcript[+e696899]he expenses[-e696899] of their work to said committee[+e696899]is Convention[-e696899].
