Every[+e694028]The rights of[+e693867 -e694028] citizen[+e693867]s[+e693867 -e694028] of the [+e693867]United [+e694028]State[+e693867]s, not laboring under any of th[+e694028] of Utah to vot[+e693867 -e694028]e [+e693867]dis[+e694028]a[+e693867]bilities [+e694028]n[+e693867]ame[+e694028]d [+e693867]in this Constitution, of the age of twenty-one years and over, who shall have res[+e694028]hold office shall not be denied or abr[+e693867 -e694028]id[+e693867]g[+e693867 -e694028]ed [+e693867]in the State [+e694028]on[+e693867]e year, and in the [+e694028] ac[+e693867 -e694028]count[+e693867]y six months, and in the voting precinct sixty days, next preceding any election, sh[+e694028] of sex.
