Description

The *Belfast Telegraph* published an opinion poll conducted by Ulster Marketing Surveys (UMS). Of those asked, 56% believed that the IRA ceasefire had come about as a result of a secret deal. When asked about the permanence of the ceasefire only 30% thought it would be permanent.
