Description

A survey of public opinion on the talks, carried out by Ulster Marketing Surveys, Irish Marketing Surveys, and Gallup, showed a high level of support for the resumption of the talks. This was supported by 73% of people questioned in Northern Ireland; 87% in the Republic of Ireland; and 79% in Britain.
