The Committee on Engrossment was appointed. The Convention then resolved into the Committee of the Whole. The committee reported their progress on the report of the Committee on Public and Private Corporations. The report of the Committee on Engrossment was then given, and Article VI was taken up and adopted. The Committee of the Whole reported their progress on Article XV which was then referred to the Committee on Engrossment by the Convention.
