The Convention

Washington State Constitutional Convention 1889

Messages were received. The Rules of the Convention were then taken up and amended. The Convention then resolved into the Committee of the Whole to discuss the article on Corporations Other Than Municipal. The minority report from the Committee on Granted Lands was then submitted to the Convention.
