A Democrat from the Fifteenth District, the forty-four year old physician lived in Port Townsend. Born in Indiana, Willison was graduated from the University of the City of New York and came to Washington in 1873. He had been physician to the territorial asylum and penitentiary at Steilacoom and health officer for Puget Sound customs collection district. Willison served on the following committees: State Medicine and Public Health, chairman; County, City and Township Organization; Apportionment and Representation.
