Section 1. EveryThe rights of citizens of the United States, not laboring under any of th of Utah to vote disabilities named in this Constitution, of the age of twenty-one years and over, who shall have reshold office shall not be denied or abridged in the State one year, and in the accounty six months, and in the voting precinct sixty days, next preceding any election, sh of sex. Both male and femall be entitled to vote for all officercitizens of this Sthat now are or hereafter may be elected by the people, and uponshall equally enjoy all questions submitted to the electors at such election, except as herein otherwise providedcivil, political, and religious rights and privileges.
