The [+e675810]M[+e675811]m[+e675810 -e675811]embers of each House shall be ineligible to[+e675810],[+e675810 -e675811] an[+e675810]y civil O[+e675811]d incapable of holding any o[+e675810 -e675811]ffice under the authority of the United States[+e675810],[+e675810 -e675811] during the time for which they shall respectively be elected[+e675810] —And no P[+e675811]: and the memb[+e675810 -e675811]ers[+e675810]on[+e675811] [+e675810]h[+e675811]o[+e675810]lding any of[+e675811]f[+e675810]ice under[+e675811] the [+e675810]United St[+e675811]Sen[+e675810 -e675811]ate[+e675810]s[+e675811] shall be [+e675810]a Member of either House dur[+e675811]ineligible to, and incapable of hold[+e675810 -e675811]ing [+e675810]his continuance in office[+e675811]any such office for one year afterwards[+e675810 -e675811].[+e675810]
