No. 133.

Introduced by Mr. E. A. Tovrea, of Cochise County.

A Proposition Relative to Highways.

IT IS HEREBY PROPOSED:

Section 1. All public roads heretofore established according to law and roads dedicated to public use that have not been vacated and such other roads as are now recognized by the Board of Supervisors of any county are hereby declared to be public highways, and Boards of Supervisors of the respective counties shall have jurisdiction to locate, vacate and change public highways in their respective counties.

Section 2. All section lines in the State, as far as practicable, are hereby declared to be public highways and shall be the width of sixty-six feet.
