The Convention considers the Committee of the Whole report on Propositions Number 34, 142, 25, 109, 81, 36, 38, 77, 49, 42, 46, 128, 30, 111, 51, 117, 84, 32, 87, 85, and the Resolution from the Common Council of Phoenix and agrees with the Committee recommendation to indefinitely postpone. The Convention considers the Committee of the Whole report on Substitute Propositions Number 107, 140, 103, and Substitute Section 7 of Substitute Proposition Number 33 and agrees with the Committee recommendation to pass the propositions as amended. The Substitute Propositions are referred to the Committee on Style for engrossment.

It is hereby proposed:

That stockholders of every corporation or association shall be individually liable for all labor or personal services performed for such corporation or association.
