Your Committee of the Whole begs leave to report it has examined Proposition Nos. 72, 9, 141, 134, 48, 76, and 137 and respectfully recommends:

That Proposition No. 72 be postponed until Employer's Law is before the Committee of the Whole.

That Proposition No. 9 be adopted as amended.

That Proposition No. 141 be adopted as amended by Substitute Proposition.

That Proposition No. 134 be not adopted.

That Proposition No. 48 be adopted as amended.

That Proposition No. 76 be adopted as amended.

That Proposition No. 137 be adopted as amended.
