Mr. President:

Your Committee on Labor begs leave to report that it has examined Proposition No. 110 and respectfully recommends that it do not pass as the subject matter contained in said Proposition is not necessary. That it has examined Proposition No. 141 and respectfully recommends that it do not pass, subject matter contained in Substitute Proposition 141. Your Committee further recommends that Substitute Proposition 141 do pass. That it has examined Proposition No. 76 and respectfully recommends that it do not pass as the matter is entirely covered by Proposition No. 48 as adopted by the Convention. That it has examined Proposition No. 12 and respectfully recommends that it do not pass as the matter embodied in Proposition is already covered by matter in Constitution. That it has examined Proposition No. 76 and respectfully recommends that it do not pass as the subject matter in Proposition No. 76 is partially covered by Substitute Proposition No. 76. Your Committee further recommends that Substitute Proposition No. 76 be adopted. That it has examined Proposition No. 137 and respectfully recommends that it do not pass as the subject matter is contained in Substitute Proposition No. 137.

We, your Committee, further recommends that Substitute Proposition No. 137 do pass.
