Substitute Proposition Number 125 and Proposition Numbers 88, 47, 108, 91, and 50 are adopted as amended, read a third time, and referred to the Committee on Style. Propositions Number 42, 46, 128, 30, 111, 51, and 117 are postponed until Substitute Proposition 21 comes up for consideration. Proposition Number 28 and Memorial Number 1 are postponed until the Committee on Public Lands presents its report. Propositions Number 41, 73, 100, 44, and 95 are indefinitely postponed. The Committee on Legislative Department presents a report on Propositions Number 103, 85, 87, 32, 84, 140, and Section 7 of Proposition Number 33. The propositions are referred to the Committee of the Whole.
