A Proposition Relative to Child Labor.

IT IS HEREBY PROPOSED:

The first State legislature shall enact a law prohibiting the employment in any mine, factory, mill or manufacturing plant, of any minor child under the age of fifteen years, and providing a suitable penalty for the violation of such law.
